A new study was published in the “Current Issues in Molecular Biology” Journal on February 25, 2022. It was submitted on February 18 and approved on February 23. The study is titled “Intracellular Reverse Transcription of Pfizer BioNTech COVID-19 mRNA Vaccine BNT162b2 In Vitro in Human Liver Cell Line”. Most people probably read that and said what does that mean? Basically, it means researchers did lab tests on cells injected by the Pfizer vaccine and found that the mRNA was able to enter human liver cells and change the DNA. This study was done by Swedish researchers at Lund University. The study showed that the Pfizer vaccine uses an enzyme called LINE-1 to change mNRA to DNA through reverse transcription. It also shows that the mNRA vaccine was shown to travel from the injection site to the liver, ovaries, gonads, and other places in the body. This is a stark contrast from what we've been told by the CDC and others. Usually, the cell nucleus has a DNA code that is based on the cell's condition and produces mNRA. It leaves the cell nucleus and breaks down into proteins used to build cells like those used in muscle and brain cells. That process is known as transcription.
Since 1958, the central dogma of molecular biology has stated that mNRA couldn't enter a nucleus and recoded its DNA and stated it was impossible. Eventually, scientists realized it was possible under certain conditions, like that the HIV RNA virus could copy and reprogram DNA. For this reverse transcription to take place, it needs enzymes called reverse transcriptase. One of these enzymes is called Line-1. According to this study, the Pfizer vaccine causes cells to produce this Line-1 enzyme. This production allows for our DNA to be reprogrammed. Explained more clearly, the study showed that the vaccine changes the genetic code we were born with. Our organs act in accordance with our personal DNA program and the vaccine basically hacks the program. For two years now if you said that the mNRA could change your DNA in any way you were censored, banned, or called a conspiracy theorist. Pfizer, Moderna, the CDC, and the so-called experts have all claimed that it was impossible but this study found that it can and did change DNA. Dr. Peter McCullough weighed in on the study, saying “Alden et. al., Lund University, Sweden, confirms one of our worst fears. The exogenous [extracellular] genetic material coding for the dangerous Spike Protein is reverse transcribed into the human genome; possible long-term constitutive expression/synthesis disease-promoting of disease promoting/lethal Spike.” The study went on to say that “Intracellular accumulation of LNP (lipid nanoparticles) in hepatocytes has been demonstrated in vivo [36]. A preclinical study on BNT162b2 showed that BNT162b2 enters the human cell line HEK293T cells and leads to robust expression of BNT162b2 antigen [37]. Therefore, in this study, we first investigated the entry of BNT162b2 in the human liver cell line Huh7 cells.” Hepatocytes are cells in the liver responsible for the metabolism of protein, carbohydrate, and lipid and aid in detoxification. HEK293T stands for Human embryonic kidney 293 cells which is a cell line derived from a spontaneously miscarried or aborted fetus or human embryonic kidney cells grown in tissue culture taken from a female fetus. So the study said LNP's build up in the cell lines tested in a laboratory animal or human and a preclinical study showed that the Pfizer vaccine enters the human embryonic fetus cells and leads to robust expression of the vaccine's antigen.
This has not yet been tested inside humans yet but a study was done involving rats and 18% of the total dose was distributed to the liver. This of course is counter to the narrative that the spike protein stays near the injection site. This study also showed that the mNRA can be reverse transcribed into your DNA in as little as 6 hours after the injection. Despite the rapid pace at which the process can take place, the CDC claimed it couldn't happen, saying “The genetic material delivered by mRNA vaccines never enters the nucleus of your cells.” That is now proven to be incorrect. Pfizer has refused to comment on the Swedish study and just replied with the same, disproven talking point as before, saying “Our COVID-19 vaccine does not alter the DNA sequence of a human cell.” The study also found that the spike proteins that find their way to the liver cells can be targeted by the immune system and potentially cause autoimmune hepatitis, which is a chronic, autoimmune disease of the liver that occurs when the body's immune system attacks liver cells, causing the liver to be inflamed and eventually damaged. There is already one known real-world case of this happening to a healthy 35-year-old female who got a Pfizer shot and one week later was in the Emergency Room with the disease. There is more in the study but these are some of the highlights of what the researchers found. When Dr. McCullough read the study he also said it has “enormous implications of permanent chromosomal change and long-term constitutive spike synthesis driving the pathogenesis of a whole new genre of chronic disease.” The study proves that this is one more thing the experts, fact-checkers, social media censors, and uninformed people who listen to them got wrong but made us out to be conspiracy theorists. More research needs to be done, especially in humans. Unfortunately, this has been done to us for two years and this is something that they should have tested before the FDA put it out.
