
OSHA's 100+ employee mandate was nixed by SCOTUS, but they kept it as a "proposed rule", and companies are still able to require their employees to get vaccinated as a condition of employment. Fortunately, the government can no longer force them to require their employees to receive the COVID-19 vaccine as a condition of employment. One massive company, who employs close to 350,000 people sent out a memo to their employees stating "We respect the court's ruling and will comply".
General Electric has also suspended their employee vaccine mandate.
