Yet another blow to the government covid narrative was dealt on Monday, April 18 when 9th Circuit US District Judge Kathryn Kimball Mizelle ruled in a 59 page opinion that the Biden Administration’s mandate requiring travelers on airlines, busses, and other public transportation to wear masks was unconstitutional. The illegal mandate had been in place since February of 2021. The Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) had just announced another extension a week prior which would continue through May 3 despite all major airlines calling for it to end.
Judge Mizelle, a 2020 Trump appointee, ruled that the administration didn’t have the statutory power to impose the mask mandate, stating that their claim that it fell under the 1944 Public Health Service Act’s sanitation clause was not enough to impose travel restrictions. Mizelle rightfully argued that “A power to improve ‘sanitation’ would easily extend to requiring vaccinations against COVID-19, the seasonal flu, or other diseases. Or to mandatory social distancing, coughing-into-elbows, and daily multivitamins.” She is correct that if crooked politicians could get away with being able to force mask mandates then they could easily use the same argument to mandate a slew of other encroachments on our freedoms that the Constitution does not allow. The Florida Judge went on to say that the CDC’s argument didn’t hold up because it “cleans nothing. At most, it traps virus droplets. But it neither ‘sanitizes’ the person wearing the mask nor ‘sanitizes’ the conveyance.” She added that the Mask Mandate is “arbitrary and capricious.”
The fact that the mandates are completely unconstitutional and always have been in just a small part of the problem. They don’t work to stop the spread of disease and never have. There is no credible, peer reviewed science that proves that. The surgical masks, cloth masks, homemade masks, and bandanas that most people wear have pores or “openings'' are 80 microns in size. The covid virus is between .06 and .14 microns in size. This means none of the typical masks will ever be able to prevent the spread of covid or any other virus like the flu. Expecting a mask to prevent covid is the equivalent of expecting a chain length fence to stop a mosquito from entering your yard.
As news of the ruling came down airlines were quick to announce the end of the mandates and the news was passed on in live time from pilots or flight attendants to passengers who cheered and ripped their restraints off right away. American Airlines, Delta, JetBlue, Southwest, United, and more have all announced that they will no longer be requiring masks on domestic flights for staff or passengers. Most major airports and Amtrak are also no longer requiring masks. Uber has also announced an end to their mask requirements.
While most people either never bought into the mask propaganda or have grown tired of the whole thing, there are still people who refuse to give it up. These people are typically the same ones who ingest covid propaganda and many other lies on a daily basis. These individuals really believe that worthless masks, endless jabs, and more mainstream news will keep them safe. Then there are others who have nothing going on in their lives and have used the pandemic as a way to form their identity. These people know that this is propaganda but they embrace it as a virtue signal to try and convince everyone around them “what a great person they are for doing their part”. These are the same clowns who post “just got vaccinated” to their social media profile pics and go full "Karen” if they see other people not wearing masks, because how dare they walk around and enjoy their life, they can’t be allowed to have basic liberty.
Sadly, there are those who will wear their masks and take their jabs long after the charade is up and even after all the illegal mandates are gone. Don’t think the Biden administration, Big Pharma, and other corrupt officials aren’t going to do everything they can to keep this thing going. Masks were never about safety, they were about control. Like a muzzle or a leash on a dog, masks were about getting people to fall in line and do what they were told. They were sold as a way to prevent the spread of covid but were really about stopping the spread of freedom. They also came in real handy for Antifa and other criminal “activists” to hide their identities as they rioted in the streets, looted stores, and used ballot mules to illegally stuff ballot boxes in an attempt to sway elections.
Don’t think that the administration is just going to take this lying down. They announced on April 20 that the CDC wants the Biden Justice Department to appeal the ruling and it will go to the 11th Circuit Court next. They are not ready to give up control. They want to further use the crisis they created and overhyped to push their assault on freedom and help bring us into the great reset. Plus, the midterm elections are coming up soon and the democrats will no doubt be in need of some fresh riots. The question is have The People had enough and are they going to stand up and refuse to play this game anymore? While most of the people reading this have known what this pandemic was from the start, now people who bought into the propaganda are waking up or have just had enough. While I expect the tyrannical forces to scratch and claw to keep the control they have grown used to, I think it will further drive people to wake up, examine what matters, and start voting out people who allowed this to happen.
